No folks, I don't like everything I read, but this is one of them.
I finished A Whole World of Trouble yesterday afternoon as it continued to storm outside. Overall it was a fun read.
This book is about Carrie who comes home because her mother Miss Audrey has died. The book follows her as she discovers many things she never knew about her small-town family and come to terms with it all. Highlights include the insite she gets about her mothers interesting life, one of the better food fight scenes I've read in a while and the Elvis-loving owner of the 3-star restaurant. Her description of the small town Oysterbay is great and I love the names of the business. It's a nice light summer read and I would recommend it.
