
Salad: Laura's Yummy Salad (Mango, cucumber, honeydew over seasonal baby greens with cheva cheese)

Dinner: Oven poached grouper over a bed of Isreali couscous with roasted red peppers accompanied by baby carrots and green beans with a saffron lavender nage.

Double chocolate strawberry layered cake.
Mmmm! And it was really good!
